A local park, church or school that has pine trees might let you rake up all you want.

I have seen some pine straw bales (pennington brand) in the local Walmart garden center, but they don't show up on their website anymore).

Too bad you aren't in Polk county. I have an acre of it, at least a foot deep.

I know these guys work with landscapers, but I don't know what kind of retail they do, but its at least worth a try.
