Our bathroom is small on the second floor. I would either love to make it bigger so there was a separate tub and separate shower. More than that I would love a master bathroom. These are the two things I'd change in my house. Also I've thought adding another bath on the basement level which is finished would be amazing. If we were to enlarge the bathroom on the second floor you'd have to break into the bedroom next to it. But the finished basement is counted as a bedroom because it has two closets. So we could still sell as a 3 bedroom house.
