Covering Ugly Concrete Steps Over the Winter

We started working on our front steps but didn't finish before Winter. They are now an ugly, blotchy-paint mess that I'd like to hide until the weather warms up again. Has anyone temporarily covered concrete steps successfully? With what, how, and who would I hire to do the work?
