Have you called the company's Tech Support number?

You may be able to get help from your library. The main library in my county has a person to assist with ereaders. I used to have to have that Adobe but now they use an app called Overdrive

Most all libraries went to Overdrive for use with eReader. Try looking at the overdrive site.

Ahhhh from Mike's link you don't need it, overdrive is built in.

Note: If you have the following eReaders, you can borrow books using the built-in OverDrive feature without using Adobe Digital Editions:

• Kobo Aura H2O Edition 2
• Kobo Aura Edition 2
• Kobo Aura ON
