These particular planters don't seem to be solar powered - there isn't an obvious solar panel anywhere.

This is glow I the dark paint., I think.

Rust oleum makes paint that absorbs sunlight and pots glow in the dark.

The second link provides the specs. Sorry folks, these aren't solar powered. It ships with a 16 ft (5 m) cable, but you can request other lengths.
