If I don't have any inspiration, I would go with the main color in the living room, which was the color the previous owner painted it. I think it clashes with the cabinets, The cabinets are a difficult color to work with. I have uploaded the photo to the Behr site and tried different colors. The painter said it is easiest to get Behr or Kelly Moore paint where the condo is located. BM is not possible she says. Too late to get quotes or find another painter. What about Behr Sand Dance?

I put in 5 recessed LED cans in the living room. Found that the weird track light in the ceiling was in a box wired for a fan. I was going to move the weird recessed fan from the dining room into that junction box but decided on a new one. I put a nice LED flushmount in the dining room. Left the fluorescent box in the kitchen. Painted Bher Close Knit on all walls and Ultra Pure White for ceilings and trim (got a discount from the painter to use his stock color). I took the Roman shades down, there were light filtering mini-blinds under it that looked new yet a little too narrow and as long as the glass door but I am leaving them. The unit is south facing with a water view so that may be enough. There were stains on the Roman shads and the mfg said to only spot clean, perhaps too bulky for the small room. I replaced the light filtering minis in the bedrooms with light blocking 2" faux wood blinds. After two weeks prep. lets see if I snag a tenant. Cleaners and I spent 3 days making it sparkle.
