Where can I find statement wallpaper (planning to paper just the 27" between chair rail and 8" baseboards), inexpensively? Any source for a smeared 'second' I could mostly hide to show just those few feet of good stuff?

• Bedroom is 18' x 12' with very fancy traditional white moulding, 14' tray ceiling. So full of furniture (king bed, dressers, nightstands, cabinet), very little wall below the chair rail shows - just a 7' stretch beside the bed and a couple of 3-4' runs beside dressers/under windows.
• I love Ellie Cashman peonies (prefer no florals but the drama is terrific!) Ralph Lauren, Tommy Bahama - I don't know any others, but just to give an idea of style.
• Planning to paint the 18' back wall between chair rail and baseboards to minimize cost - it's completely covered by bed, nightstands, dresser, and doorway to the ensuite.

Zero budget to update the bedroom to 'wow' like the newly renovated master ensuite.
