First, if sun ever comes directly in from those windows, you need to have some sort of shades on them to protect your clothes from sun damage. Your closet is almost six feet long. I would put two rods on the long wall to hang tops above and bottoms below. Then place one rod on a side wall for long hanging things. On the second side wall I would put a bookcase with shelves for shoes and accessories.

If the en-suite has no door (a door is not shown on the sketch), you need to add one or you need a good exhaust fan in the bathroom to keep moisture out of your closet. Another solution would be to add floor-to-ceiling doors on the closet. A bathroom door with a mirror (facing the closet) on it would be good, too.

Two rods along the 70 inch wall. Add closet doors. With the "extra" 15 inches on each perpendicular wall, add mirror and two pull down valet rods. Or a wall safe for jewelry at eye level, a mirror, and pull down valet rods.
