I’ve been browsing for houses with a detached garage to run my business out of, I found these Ameribuilt “barn style houses” that would suit me perfectly. I understand what goes into building h house from ground up (added 1200square feet to my current house.) after I price out an estimated total cost for the land, ameribuilt, and construction can I get the mortgage to cover that total cost. Estimate for that right now is 250k. Has anyone ever done this befor?
