My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Painted tile with chalk paint and stencil created for tile. About 5 coats of outdoor polyurethane. Holding up beautifully!

    Looks amazing! You did a fabulous job .It looks like you did a complete stencil on each tile instead of a continuous stencil throughout the floor. You skipped the section where grout would be. This is the first time I have seen that done with a painted floor.


    It looks like a huge transformation.
