My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Another finished baby quilt

This was an experiment in making a Dresden style block with fewer spokes. Thi has only 8 instead of 20 and goes much faster. It’s all made of stuff from my stash and will go to Project Linus. You have to click on the picture to get the whole quilt

    I basically designed it thinking there has to be an easier way. I traced a plate on freezer paper and folded it in half three times. I squared off the edges of the resulting bundle and have a pattern for a Dresden block With bigger spikes. Color Choices make a big difference. I have another quilt in progress with same color spokes. Makers big difference
