I want to have my hardwood flooring sanded down, stained the same color, and refinished. My living room will be empty of furnishings so I can move two bedroom furnishings in there. When those two bedroom floors are finished, I will move the furnishings back. Then a third bedroom furniture will be placed in the rooms already completed. Then the living room and third bedroom floors can be done. I would like to have it done in two separate efforts because otherwise I have no help or a place to put furniture. There is a place in a small hallway that might accommodate two separate efforts. Can I do it that way, thoughts please.
