We are building a new house and plan to put barn lights over the top of the garage doors for the cars. The garage roof has a brow and I'm concerned that if the lights stick out too far beyond the brow that snow sliding off may be a problem for the lights (ie - damage them?). Are there definite things to consider when choosing this type of exterior lighting? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
