Not a pro - but to me, the scale seems off. It appears that you have the room for a longer bench. That might the solution.

Exchange the camel picture and the mirror.
I like the colors in the picture,looks like the picture matches the bench color.Give it a try,you can always move it back.

I think you need a longer bench.

A bench is nice and so is a mirror in an entry but I think a table with lighting on it under your mirror really is the best choice. The floor lamp doesn't really work here. Move the bench to the end wall under the switches.

Either get a longer bench or a smaller mirror. Also we would move the plant off the bench and remove the light. Place a bigger plant where the light is.

Agree with longer bench or table there and no floor lamp. Put the plant elsewhere and if the bin is for shoes, I’d get one with a lid.

I second being into the oversized mirror for the bench. Maybe a longer bench, but I think the lamp is what's killing you. It honestly cheapens the area and makes it just look thrown together. I think a tall thin decorative shelf would really make it look put together

That bench looks way too fragile for anyone to sit on. I agree the lamp has to go, and the plant sits on the floor - maybe in a colorful pot.
I would replace the coat hooks with a 3-peg wall mounted coat/hat holder OR a coat tree.

It's looking good but I'd add a more substantial bench, length and 'heft'.

First of all, it does look nice overall. I like your style and the camel artwork! However, if we are being perfectionists here :) I agree with the other houzzers; either a larger bench or smaller mirror. I also wonder if a free-standing coat rack would be a nice touch? Good luck!
