If there is concern with the slope slipping you should tell any inspector that is a concern of yours as most only inspect the structure not the surrounding area. My next question would be who owns the land. Many trailers are on land not owned by the owner of the trailer.

Agree to you calling an experienced and trusted real estate agent. He/she will know of a good inspector in your area.

I'm not sure they'd be qualified though to remark on slope stability. That could take a geo engineer with an hourly rate much higher and an agent could direct you there too. Portland is awash with them, they will happily drive to the coast.
