Hi,

We are building our home that is a new construction townhouse. I am attaching a floor plan layout of the same. We have a flex space at the entrance. I am in need of some ideas regarding how to design the flexspace. I am thinking it could be a small study/office area. Do you think if I have a wall to separate it from the entrance and create a small room will work better or should I leave it open as it is in the plan right now?

Also we have a decent sized great room. I am planning to have the TV on the wall on the right side and the sofa should be in the middle. Could you please provide some suggestions regarding the the dining table and other furniture arrangements in the great room? Appreciate all your help in this regard.
