I'm wondering about the tile too. I think they might be either Bedrosians Cloe grey, or Montauk/Amagassett/Nassau/Southampton (depends on the source, but same tile) grey. Both of those are similar to the above and are 2.5" x 8. Sources include Lowes (US: Montauk), Home Depot (US: Nassau), Wayfair (US and Canada; Amagassett) and Walmart (US: Southampton) and the Bedrosians Cloe is available in a number of US locations. If we don't hear back confirmation of these exact tiles, the above tiles have a similar look.
