.... not sure where all the leaves are in relation to the apex of the main stem or the apex of lateral breaks, but if they're all near apices (the growing ends of stems/vines/branches) it might be normal. It's very common in the plant world for pigments like anthocyanin (purple) or carotenoids (orange/yellow) to mask the expression of chlorophyll (green) in juvenile foliage.

Give it time to grow. In summer, move it outside to get more light or provide it more light indoors. Biggest thing is to keep it healthy (looks good to me) and growing. Where is the "bleaching" at? Are you talking about the new leaf color (which is normal for a lot of cane begonias)?

@tapla It looks like the leaves are near the apices. I've added some pictures below. Is your explanation related to juvenile growth in the sense of new leaves that are just emerging, or do you mean juvenile in the sense of a less mature plant? If the former, I'm seeing the same issue in the older leaves so it is not limited to new growth.

@hc mcdole- The "bleaching" I'm referencing is just the general color of the leaves- they are sort of olive on the front and a very light orang-ish red on the back rather than the deep green and red I've seen on other plants. The pictures make the green look a bit darker than they actually are- they're fairly light olive green. And as I mentioned above, the perceived discoloration is present in both the new growth and existing growth.

If it's not a light issue (and you imply it's not), then other areas of culture must be examined (nutrient/micronutrient issue, soil ph) and temperature?

We're not there, nor caring for the plant, so you have to make the calls basically.
