We just bought new house and our kitchen is an eat-in-kitchen. We are looking for new table, but since the island (which we will put chairs at) will be right next to it, we don't know if we should get a tall table, a traditional height table or one in-between? The island counter is about 36" high. It also opens up into the family room ( the kit table will be between the kitchen island and the family room).
