Howdy all! I'm moving into what will hopefully be a long term rental (till I buy my own place again and/or leave the city I'm in), so while I'm willing to spend money to make this place me, I'm not willing to dump a *ton* of money in, nor can I paint cabinets or tear out tile. This house is a recently renovated mid-century gem that the developers unfortunately went a little contemporary glam on, and it's just not me. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are a nice simple dark stain with bright white quartz counters, but the tile has bits of glass and is shimmery, especially when paired with the blingy light fixtures they chose. I'm more into light, bright, mid century inspired spaces without being overly themey. Any suggestions for light fixtures for my bathroom (both the overhead light and the side sconces), and the two lights in the kitchen, that will break up the contemporary glitz, on a relative budget? Below I've linked to some fixtures I really like, but I'm not sure how they'll pair with the silver mirror frames and faucets in the bathroom?

Dream sources are Schoolhouse Electric, Rejuvenation Hardware, Heath Ceramics, Case Study, etc. Budget is more like Ikea-West Elm. I decorate with mostly neutrals and pops of fun color.
