it’s hard to tell from the pictures - does the bed have a headboard? If not, I would center it on the wall and make some kind of daybed with shelving/cabinets on either side. dont forgrt to include a few sconces (can be plug-in if you don’t want to spend for hardwired) for reading lights and an outlet or extension cord power strip so people can plug in their phones.

thank you @felizlady! it faces North and on shady area so a little on the dark side. I did contact an online blind supplier and they said one-piece roller shades was doable and preferred(window is super short too . Would you add curtain panels on both sides and in the center perhaps? I am not sure if I need to bring attention to window to take your eye away from all the doors or just leave it.

Thank you @Heather No headboard, I think is the Brimnes ikea daybed. Love that idea with sconces. If I do center the bed, that would leave me with very minimal space for shelving on the one long wall. There is space but it will turn into a narrow shelve/furniture, specially if the bed is open. I think the wall where the bed is totals 114" approximately, the bed length is 76.8"

Will be relocating outlets as soon as I decide where to put the bed, right now they are at bed level near fabric and that scares me with kids.

I would center the bed under the window as in the second picture Heather posted. use the desk on one side and a small dresser on the other to use as end tables. The tall shelving by the door could move to the end wall or get more storage to fill the wall by the entry door. Closed storage is preferable to hide and corral the toys. Get a nice plush area rug
