My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

help with lights

We are making over our very large sunroom and making it a more useable space for living room / tv. Finally convinced my spouse to switch out the ceiling fans for lights. It doesn’t get too warm / cold in the room, so am not too concerned with that. Anyone have any suggestions on what lights to use.

Please excuse the mess we are in renovation mode

    I prefer hanging lights also, but you have to do something about the heat load from the skylights. That heated air can be a lot to combat.
