My preference would be a gray roof, but the one in your photo appears very blue. Hopefully it's just the photo. Sorry, I have to agree using brick with stone can look very busy.

This is the house where I got my inspiration and we are working with the builder of this house to design the outside. The back pillars are for the covered porch coming off the back of the house. We are using full bedded stone on the outside and minimal siding because my husband doesn’t like a lot of maintenance

Kati, your inspiration photo is nice. It shows several different patterns going on, even with the minimal siding. Looking at your second drawing, I would go with all brick...no stone. It's just that I've yet to see them work well together. Not a pro here...see what they say. Regardless, it boils down to what looks good to you.

The house will look better without stone and stone can be a maintenance problem too (been there). Select colors for trim and gutters that match the brick most closely. If the stone/brick is warm then go with a Weather Wood shingle. If the stone/brick is more gray tones, go with black. Paint gutters to match whatever material is behind them so they disappear. Eliminate shakes. Too many materials.
