Tin ceiling colors?

This is one of the bedrooms in a very rustic cottage we rent out as an Airbnb and use as a weekend place. When we bought it a few months ago, it was paneled in a faux wood driftwood color whiich was a nightmare to paint and we didn't have the budget to tear it out totally and drywall, so my husband left the celing. We are going to install a tin ceiling and are deciding on a color and pattern (and change out the light fixtures too.) Because its such an over the top rustic/shabby chic property, I was thinking we might be able to get away with just a raw tin, but I am not sure and concerned it will make the ceiling appear heavy and dark. What do you think? Would you do a color? Raw tin?

The rest of the house is very unique with reclaimed wood floors in one of the bathrooms. handbuilt reclaimed hickory cabinets, a huge stone fireplace, exposed beams, thick stone walls, etc. This bedroom was not originally part of the house and is in a small addition.

*We plan to eventually replace the white wardobe with a furniture piece and those cabinets near the celing will go away as they are useless for storage.
