My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You can find it at Overstock for $400: http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Bingley-5-piece-Cocktail-Dining-Set/6664325/product.html
    If you live in the Miami area and want to test it out, it's for sale at El Dorado furniture store, but there it goes for $499 (I checked it out today). I'm not sure if it's the same manufacturer but looks like it. Shame I didn't buy it at Macy's last Xmas when it was $350. They have since discontinued it.
