You’ve got a great gauge as the lower the gauge the thicker the steel.

Only real con is that stainless tends to scratch easier. Which let‘s deposits stick in easier making it harder to clean.

We always recommend copper, composite, fireclay or cast iron for lasting durability that doesn’t show wear.

Perhaps not what you wanted to hear but that is our professional recommendation.

I hear good things about Ruvati sinks. However the configuration you show has a bowl that is so small to be almost useless. I only like 2-bowl sinks when you can have a 36” width. Smaller than that, you will have one of the bowls, and sometimes both bowls, too small to be useful. In that case l‘d get a single bowl sink. It’s both a more current look, and you will enjoy it more than banging up against a divider.

If you must have a double-bowl sink, I’ll link to a more roomy sink that is in the same 33” size as in your OP. I am also linking a single bowl sink that would be a good option. Kraus is very popular on this forum with a lot of good feedback on them.

This is very similar to the offset bowls of the Kohler Executive Chef that I had in the previous kitchen. I hated balancing my refrigerator shelves, baking sheets and roasters on the center rail and inevitably would get water all over the counter. It is much easier to lay items flat in the sink for scrubbing or soaking. Take a look at Amazon Warehouse. I purchased most of my higher end plumbing there and did not have to send anything back. I personally would not go with a double bowl. You can always turn a single bowl into a double bowl, but not vice versa. We use this IKEA tub in our single bowl sinks.

We're going with the Ruvati single bowl RVH8300. It's at the granite fabricator now, but it is very heavy duty and the accessories included give you lots of options for use. We went back and forth from single bowl to two bowl and liked flexibility of this sink.

Based on the pictures of this sink installed, it would seem that this sink would make sense if your counter depth were limited because the faucet could be placed behind the shallower sink. If that's not the case, then perhaps a rectangular sink such as this Kraus KHU103-33 for about the same price might be more usable. -- amateur
