Need advice for attaching shower pan liner (membrane)

I'm attempting my first shower pan from "scratch". There is 2 abs vents and a 3/4" copper supply line in one of the perimeter walls. I'm puttng 2x10's between the studs to attach the shower pan membrane to but I won't be able to fit the board in the section that has the pipes. The pipes are too close to the edge for 1" or 1/2" thick stock either. Can I skip this section? or cover with sheet metal and glue the membrane here? Any ideas? Thanks

A 12" wide strip of 3/4" plywood nailed to the edge of the studs on wall with the pipes? Would need to fur out the studs above.

8 inch lengths of 1x4 or 2x4 inserted, edge first and on end, between the pipes and also between the left-most pipe and the stud will give you something to nail the membrane to. You can then use a few nail safety straps to bridge between the studs to keep the membrane from ballooning back into the stud cavity.
