My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

looking for lighting suggestions

We are looking for a permanent lighting solution without sheet rocking or impacting the exposed wood. The contractor does not think recessed can lighting (even LED) is an option because there isn’t enough room between ceiling and roof. Thanks!
