Hi,

Our service includes delivery inside your front door. Most of our drivers work alone and are not able to bring upstairs. However if you are able to help on your end, the driver will most likely be able to accommodate and you can then tip him with what you think is fair. The second option would be to hire someone locally that can take over after the driver delivers to your front door. That person can then bring it wherever you would like. Our driver are not required to unpack or take any packaging with them. Hopefully this answers your questions. If you need any additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for the information. Note that there are ten exterior steps to the front door, so delivery inside front door would be great! If I can't get the driver and another helper to carry it to the second floor (and I would certainly tip!) then we would just leave it on the first and I'd get help another time. Unpacking is not a problem, I just thought it would nice if that service was offered. The last piece I purchased from you was so well packaged it took me almost an hour to carefully unpack it, but I did it and can do it again!
