We are exploring sprucing up our little entryway of our townhome here in the Los Angeles area with some tile. This is currently a concrete slab, and we thought of either trying concrete stain (but the concrete already has this, so this looks not really feasible) or simply adding in some porcelain tile. I photoshopped (not very well, could not wrap the manufacturer's example picture around the edges of the porch...), but, wanted to get some feedback from anyone on this.

Does this color and design grab you? Or do you have any suggestions for us? All feedback is greatly appreciated.
