Call the landlord and raise a stink about mold. You need a mold remediation company come in and assess the damage/issue.

This needs bigger fix. It won’t get better. Roofing repair might be in order. Landlord might not have cash to fix. But you need on site inspection to be safe.

Even if they fixed the leak, the water could have been saturating a good part of the ceiling, damaged it, and not dried out. I've dealt with something like this myself and ended up having to take out pieces of the ceiling material until I was able to cut back to dry, sound material. Your landlord needs to fix this properly. (I'm also putting out the possibility that he may not have permanently fixed the leak when it was repaired, or that there may have been more than one leak and not everything got fixed.)

Did they fix the interior wall damage but not the roof? That doesn't make any sense to me so perhaps I misunderstood and the roof leak is fixed. If they have fixed the roof leak, I could understand why they might wait for another rainstorm to confirm that the problem is handled before fixing the interior damage. However, that is only a valid reason for a couple weeks. In most cases, there would be different individuals doing the interior repair than the person who worked on the roof.
