    Hi Janet,

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to talk with you in more detail about this. Please email us directly at caesarstonesocial@gmail.com with your contact information. Additionally, did you order a sample prior to installation? If yes, could you provide a picture of the sample against the installed countertop in your email? Let us know if you have any questions and we look forward to hearing from you!

Hi and thank you but I think you are in the U.S. and I have been in touch with local Caesarstone although still waiting for their technician to contact me.

The Caesarstone dealer in my area said that quartz (or stone products) vary in colour or shade and so you don't get exactly what you ordered, and once it's measured and installed there's not much you can do.

Because Caesarstone slabs are produced in batches. Samples of Ceasarstone should be used only to give you the basic feel of the color. The best thing to do is schedule a meeting at the fabricator prior to the cutting of the slab so you can review the templating & understand exactly how the design will look when cut. That way, no surprises. If its not going to work for you, reject the slab and request another one. You want to do that before cutting because after cutting, its too late, the slab cant be returned.
