I'd guess most here myself included grow from cuttings. But I'm a long-timer here & had some experience early in Hoya Forum w/ seed. It's not difficult, but supposedly the seeds are very perishable, so they need to be planted fast & I'm not sure this is the right time of year for it. I would have waited until Spring, but since you have the seeds now, might as well plant them while they're still good.
