My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

From galley kitchen to new dining room

This is part 2 of our big project to switch our kitchen and dining room. The former dining room was converted to our new kitchen and the galley kitchen was converted to the dining room. This gave us flexibility to open the kitchen into the living room to create a great room while the new dining room is longer to fit more people at the table.

    Consider putting ceiling flush fixture on that back junction box and hang a linear fixture over your table. Recessed lighting is very harsh for dining.
