I have no idea where you are but look up pickleworms for the melon and cucumber damage. The black spots on the tomatoes are most likely a disease, or it could be insect damage, but without a pic it's hard to say what exactly.

Your top pic looks like a deep intrusion which may have ruined the interior. Probably wise to remove it and cut it open to find the culprit, a borer type pest such as pickle worm as mentioned by Rodney is most likely.

If your tomato plants are still relatively young and the black spots are on the bottom of your first tomatoes it could be BER, Blossom End Rot. A pic would be helpful.

My first impression was also a bird, but I have zero experience with pickle worms so I can't speak to them. I do know that woodpeckes would often go after the citrus fruit that a lot of my co-workers grew when I was down in Arizona. They would get the juice for both hydration and sugars from the fruit and then go back for the insects that made their way into the holes they left.
