My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    S1247XM series have tiny micro LED-Generator W/Built-In Temperature sensor as one mechanism embedded in the spout powered by water, there is no wires or batteries needed, key reminder before installation is to have clean hoses w/screen washer to prevent dirt then use as much as possible to wash away residues of tap water for long-life. LED-Generator is cleanable(mildew) & exchangeable. Please refer to user's manual. Thanks
