I may be too late to this discussion for you but I have found that pools are a VERY specialized trade. In looking to renovate our pool and deck around it, it was almost impossible to find one contractor to handle all of it. It is going to require specific coordination of certain tasks - so I anticipate delays because nothing will go according to the ideal schedule.
