Icynene Foam Spray MDC-200-C Questions???

Wondering if anyone has used this spray foam and what there experience has been. There are now other versions that supposedly have lower VOCS domain wondering why my builder chose this version. It will only be used for the walls, not the attic. Thoughts?

And walls is generally not the best place for spray foam. Rigid foam has less VOCs and is cheaper. Best practice is rigid foam over sheathing not spray foam in walls.
