I think there just isnt enough contrast between the roof and siding. A darker siding color would help.

I like the look of your house. Looks like a beach house. I would paint it white with black or dark gray trim or a gray that matches the roof and a darker gray trim. Paint the window black, if you can.

This is a pretty awesome example of this style. Nothing is going to make it much different than what it is unless you want to spend hundreds of thousands. I would embrace it and enhance its modernist elements. A new simple front door with full glass sidelights. Get rid of the arched windows when you can. The window over the front door could just be a single sheet of glass (hypothetically). The color scheme on houses like this is best mainly monochromatic- the trim isn’t substantial enough to highlight with a lot of contrast. I prefer very dark on everything with a colorful or wood door.

How about paint so that the house stands out more-so than the roof? Currently, it blends in too much and sort of gets lost and takes a backseat to the roof. I would do a contrasting (but complimenting) color to the roof so that the house is what your eyes see when you look at it, rather than the roof. A front door that stands out would also help draw the eye in.

I think your house is lovely the way it is! I wouldn't change the house at all, it has a very relaxed beachy feel. I would, however, get some better landscaping. Remove the flower bed next to the garage wall, make a small patio area by your front window and add big planters - some with globe cedars, some with flowers. Good luck!

Would you leave the roof and the main paint colors the same then(gray and light green respectively)? Only repaint the trim? I do intend on redoing the landscaping.

I think that the siding and the roof cloose to the same color is better than a contrast that actually mkes the roof stand out more. I like what is there I agree a new front door with lots of glass no grids and then concentrate on some amazing landscaping

A beautiful, unique home. A nice looking example of a mansard roof with a contemporary vibe. Why change it? I assume it is different than the other houses in your area? If so, you lucky duck! I have seen some Mansard roofs in my life that were truly ugly, poor relationship to it’s house in design and size. You have a keeper here.
