The opening will likely be parallel to a kitchen island.

Need to layout pantry(s) bathroom (shower/no tub) and laundry area (washer/dryer, sorting/hanging area)

Door to garage centered on the 10 foot wall

One 18’6” wall is an outer wall to the enclosed porch. 3 smaller windows to be replaced.

I am stumped would appreciate suggestions.

I’m out of graph paper and ideas.
