How much are you looking to change? First I would rip out that bush - or at least trim it way down - it appears to overwhelm that part of the house. Then I'd change the exterior color - is that siding or brick? I can't tell from the photo - if siding update to a new color - and maybe replace the trim to something brighter - I'd go white personally. If brick - I'd pressure wash it first and see how that turns out - then if you still want to change it, painting it might help freshen the house up overall. Landscaping and a nice walk way would go a long way towards curb appeal too!
