Our deck faces a no exit ( dead end ) street that has a noisy, frequent bus. We need to replace our deck railing which faces our onto a large perennial garden. We would like to see the garden but reducing the bus noise is more impt. The deck runs the entire width of our house, parallel to the bus. Any ideas?
