I need help with a basement layout design. It is a side walk out and has the stairs in the middle. I need to put 2 bedrooms down here so because it is a basement I think I'm limited to placing the bedrooms where the windows are. I also need a family room, storage, and an office and a bathroom as well as the furnace room in this basement. I also want an area for a workout room.

I have struggled to find a simple design software online. Any suggestions for design tools or ideas for a good layout? I'm playing with sticky notes on my layout at this point.
