Lighting Design Dilemma Entry

large or extra large darlana lantern in my foyer

I am having a hard time deciding between the two sizes. I will also have a small size on the landing of my stairs. My foyer is 12 x 8 but 20 ft ceilings. This is a picture of the current fixtures. The large one is 42"wide and 25" wide. The small one is 12" wide and 18" tall. Any advice?

Hello Beckykadel,

12" wide in that room you describe puts it 4' from the closest wall, 6' from the other (assuming it's centered). You might have to look for it in 20' of height.

Bigger is better in this case. 42"wide (you called both sides wide) may be on the bigger side, but if those are the only 2 options go for it.
