My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
not this one specifically, more familiar with the HiYield side of the business. But I can tell you by the picture that this seems to be purely a granular Pre-Emergent (no N-P-K numbers visible) utilizing 0.37% of Prodiamine - a chemical compound that can either be sprayed on or as in this case embedded onto granular prills that dissolve when water dissolves the prill. It's a very popular product for early pre-emergence protection, especially for crabgrass, so from that perspective it's a good product. It needs to be applied at 4 lbs of fertilizer per 1000 sqft just from seeing the 20lb bag = 5000 sqft notes (see label if there are stronger application recommendations, etc).
I'm a bit unsure as to what medium they're using to deliver the prodiamine though.. usually you'll see a Potash prill used, such as 0-0-7 fert value. Maybe it says it on the back.(?)
So I would like to try this product but not sure of the above mentioned or follow up pics which would be better to start with I do seem to have spurge but not many dandelions. Looking for a new product to give my lawn some life. Other options would be in the following pics..
