The picture you really like shows a sleek, simple style. Your chairs are a tad more distinctive, so four of them wouldn’t quite be the style you’re going for. Are matching chairs with no side table available that you could use in a grouping? Are you changing the set up of the china cabinet? Painting it? It, too, doesn’t really look like the style you want. We can all make suggestions re: color and how much is too much, but I think you need to make decisions on the furniture first.

@NancyD I’m using the pic as inspiration while using what I have-Cabinet. Painting it is an option. My biggest questions are if I use the chairs (red/gray), what color for the walls and the cabinet? My first choice for walls is SW repose gray. Thx

The Repose Gray with its beige tones should go well with your floor, although so much depends on lighting. Are you planning to have the seating grouped on a rug? I’d wait to pick out a paint color after all else has been chosen.
