Has anyone seen this floor drain before?

My elderly father sent me this picture today. It is the top grate from the floor drain body in his basement floor. He said it's cast iron, and that it's only 20 years old, so I'm hoping it might still be available. Is anyone familiar with a drain of this shape, and is it still available today? Thanks, Ed

I've never seen one like that. You might want to post that picture on a forum where a lot of professional plumbers hang out, like the Terry Love Plumbing Forum

Hello Ed. Rather than searching all over with 1 in a million chance of finding a replacement,try this. Locate someone that sells yard art metal cut-out silhouettes and ask them to duplicate the old cover. A first class welding shop also has the necessary tool.
