Feedback please on kitchen lighting plan

We are remodeling our kitchen, and removing a flush mount fluorescent fixture and are planning to install recessed lighting. Our fluorescent fixture is very ugly, but we do like the brightness of the light it puts out. We want to ensure that our kitchen remains very well lit.

Please offer feedback on anything I should change, or if there are particular recessed lights I should use for the different applications.

I am attaching my home-made lighting plan, based off my Ikea home designer layout. It doesn't let me add a "bay window" area to the left of the table, but that extends to the floor and adds about 2 feet of additional floor space there (represented by the light blue box). The red line represents where the kitchen ceiling ends and the family room's vaulted ceiling begins. Our breakfast bar extends beyond that, and to add lighting there, I am planning to use articulating sconces attached to the wall above the bar (that forms the ceiling's end). The table pendant has 3 downward facing 100-watt bulbs.

Advice would be greatly appreciated, especially if you think we have enough lighting?

This is the light we are planning to get for the table:

The sconces will be something like these:

We haven't chosen recessed lights yet.
