Thank you.

The protection from hooved herbivores is very nicely done.

Thank you! I've never seen it. The one time I went to RU, I didn't know you had to make a arrangement to see the garden, so all I saw was the greenhouses. I will plan a trip to see the gardens! I am most interested in her self rooted rose in the planter!

I didn’t watch the whole thing. How large is the staff at her disposal, and are they full time?

Pat Henry seems so charming, and I loved seeing full-bush shots and gleaning the information about roses she shared! I did not catch the name of the 100-year-old rambler; did any of you?

I am thinking of joining a rose society soon. Now I know how to pronounce Kordes properly...:)

Thank you for sharing this video! I so LOVED being in the garden with Pat! As mine is mainly brown and black right now! I too love architectural salvage and I think she must have dug up every piece of old iron fence in the south! I saw several things I am going to incorporate immediately in my gardens! I took that rambler to be considered a 'found' rose as she said it was in a persons Charlotte garden for over 100 years before she brought it to her garden.

Loved this—thank you Desertgarden! :-)

The rambler is elizabeth lawrence they have a picture of it on thier website under ramblers

Very enjoyable to see this lovely garden and Pat Henry, whom I had heard so much about. Seeing the rose 'Sunny June' reminded me of my Sacramento garden when I had that rose. Plum Perfect is so beautiful, and I can't wait for my two to bloom!
