This is a big mistake in landscaping ,I am sure it was cute when it was small but the label had to say the height of the three. Right now its covering this beautiful home you have . landscaping needs to compliment the homes architecture not hide it, soften, not obstruct, enlighten and give the whole structure including the street side harmony, that's how you get curb appeal . Who planted the palm there? This hurts resale value if you ever sell. If you love it have it "professionally" moved to the rear of the home, if the sun requirements are good for the palm . if not sell it and use the money to hire a" pro landscape designer" Now the palm has to be moved, cut down ,or suffer if not transplanted correctly through no fault of its own. If you can't afford the expense of a real pro check with your state for a master gardener through a cooperative extension for advise its usually free. when you replant in that area make sure that the height of any shrub does not grow more than two or three feet, that will show case your front entrance and Britten up the area. Before you do anything let me check the maturity height of this palm, it may grow large enough to expose the front entrance. Corkscrew pine.

If you are patient it will grow 15' to 25' feet tall this will surpass the front of the house and allow you to landscape around it's canopy .

It is possible that a nursery or landscaper would purchase some of the mature plants from you and handle them properly. You might barter transplanting for removal of others.

Those plants in front of you house are way overgrown for your house. The plants can be sold or bartered to a local nursery just like decoenthusiaste said. I would also hire a landscape designer to help with the new layout of plants and hardscape to really make the curb appeal pop.
